We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team!
Summary of Responsibilities:
Contribute to building Great Machines by meeting or exceeding customer expectations, improving organizational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Provide in-house and field service / support of; installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, evaluation, and testing of SizTech machines/equipment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Ability to travel domestic and occasionally international
Read and interpret engineering detail drawings
Test machines while in-house, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
Install, start-up, maintain, evaluate, repair and test SizTech machines and equipment in the field
Perform operational tests, make final adjustments and verify machines are produced within tolerance and contractual specifications
Create and provide service reports and related documentation to SizTech Management
Ability to assemble using hand tools
Train SizTech customers in machine/equipment operation and maintenance procedures
We are looking for a Parts & Service Sales to join our dynamic team!
Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with SizTech’s Customers by implementing sales strategies to generate increased spare parts and upgrades revenue.
Contribute to building Great Machines by meeting or exceeding customer expectations, improving organizational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Pursue leads, qualify prospects, and manage all aspects of the parts and upgrade sales process
Create proposal and cost sheets
Present proposal, follow-up, and close sales on spare parts and upgrades
Facilitate order entry meetings to provide accurate information to all departments, to ensure the final products meets the customer’s order requirements
Review market analyses to determine customer solutions, pricing, and sales optimization
Apply strong financial and in-depth analytical skills to develop growth strategy programs
Analyze competitor prices and market strategy, and recommend viable pricing/marketing solutions
Forecast parts and upgrade revenue to contribute to corporate growth plan
Develop professional literature and promotional materials for use at meetings and sales presentations
Attend and actively participate in business, sales, and product training
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and other networking opportunities to promote SizTech products
Ability to travel within the US, Canada and Mexico

Required Skills:
Strong technical (mechanical) skills including the ability to read part drawings
Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Strong ability to identify and close new sales growth opportunities
Strong knowledge of cost analysis and best price analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to understand, define, and communicate issues in a clear and concise manner to internal and external customers
Proficient knowledge of commercial and contract language
Intermediate user level proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Office, smart-phone/pad, and ERP system
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent in Business or other related field
Minimum 2 year experience as a industrial equipment company
Physical Requirements:
This position will require long periods of sitting with some frequent walking, bending and reaching, and also required is to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
